What is the Mentor plan?

Everything you need to know if you're a Mentor plan subscriber.

The standalone Mentor plan is no longer available for new sign-ups as of February 2026. Ovida has shifted focus to Business and Enterprise solutions. If you're already on the Mentor plan, your service stays active, and we'll be in touch directly when it's time to transition.

The Mentor plan is designed for supervisors and mentors who guide coaches. It streamlines the review and analysis of coaching sessions, letting mentors focus on applying their expertise rather than managing logistics.

What you get as a Mentor

  • Your coaches conduct all sessions in Ovida's video rooms, under your licence

  • Their sessions are automatically shared with you for review

  • AI summaries, action items, and the session timeline give you a fast read on each session

  • AI-generated moments and ICF competency markers guide your feedback

  • You can share custom learning Skills with your coaches to support their practice (request this from support@ovida.org)

What your coaches get

  • AI-generated ICF competency assessments and Ovida coaching metrics

  • Audio and video recordings plus transcripts for every session

  • A way to share sessions with you for mentoring or supervision

  • Access to the targeted learning Skills you share with them

Getting started as a Mentor

  1. Add your team members. Each one gets a tailored email invite to activate their account and join your team.

  2. Enable AI Lens if you want it. Email support@ovida.org and we'll switch on ICF-PCC competency analysis for your account.

  3. Top up your team credits so your team has enough to host their planned meetings.

  4. Review your team's meetings as they come in. The AI analysis and your feedback go on the Meeting Review page.

  5. Manage your team and track progress from the Teams page or Team Metrics.

Getting started as a coach on the Mentor plan

  1. Invite your client and share the guest primer so they know what to expect.

  2. Host the meeting in an Ovida video room.

  3. Review the meeting using the AI-generated moments and insights.

  4. Add your own moments for learnings or takeaways.

  5. Share insights, comments, or feedback with your client. Note that guests need to register on Ovida to review meetings and gain control of their data.
