What happens when I leave a team account?

Your access reverts to your personal account, but your past meetings stay with you.

Some team members are only part of a team for a limited time, for example during a training programme or course. When your association with the team ends, your access automatically reverts to your personal account.

What changes

Once you're no longer part of the team account, you lose access to features that came with the team's subscription, including:

• Creating new meetings

• Hosting sessions

• Observing meetings or practising Skills

The exact features depend on what was included in your team's plan.

What stays

You keep access to all past meetings you were part of, including any you hosted or joined as a guest. You can view these and their records from your personal account.
