Meeting guests don't need a paid subscription. They're automatically assigned a free Guest account when they're invited to a meeting.

Hosts and observers must be logged in to join a room, but guests can join without signing up or logging in at all.

Guests can register at any time, even after the meeting. Registering gives them control over their data: they can see who has access to their recordings, request changes, or delete their data entirely.
