Why didn't my invited team member receive their invitation email?

Spam filters sometimes block invitation emails. The fix is to send them the signup link directly from the confirmation email you received when you invited them.
Steps
Open the confirmation email Ovida sent you when you added the team member. It contains their unique signup link.
Copy the link and send it to them through Slack, Teams, or your own email.
That's it. Sharing the link directly bypasses their spam filter and their account will still be correctly linked to your team.
Stop this happening with future invites
Ask your team member to follow the steps in Why am I not receiving emails from Ovida? before you re-invite anyone. That article walks them through marking Ovida as a trusted sender so future emails get through.
