How do I navigate the Skills page?

The Skills page shows all your skills in one place: use the filters to switch between active, available, and completed skills.

Finding the Skills page

Click Skills in the left-hand navigation. You land on the Skills page with Active selected by default.

Filtering your skills

Use the status filter (top left) to switch views:

  1. Active — skills you are currently practising. Each card shows your most recent scores, a sparkline of progress, how long the skill has been active (e.g. Active: 1 month), and your team.

  2. Available — skills assigned to you that you haven’t started yet. Click Start on a card to begin.

  3. Completed — skills you have finished. Cards display the same layout as active skills for easy comparison.

What’s on each skill card

Each skill card shows:

  • Skill name and description

  • MEETINGS and ROLEPLAYS score badges with sparklines

  • Active duration (e.g. Active: 3 days, Active: 1 month)

  • Team name and team member avatars

  • View and Complete buttons

  • Click View to open the skill and see your AI coaching sessions.

  • Click Complete to mark the skill as finished.

Where is the Skill Library?

The Skill Library (where admins assign skills to teams) has moved. It is now under the Settings page, accessible from the hexagon icon at the bottom of the left navigation bar.
